Volunteer Cast & Evangelism Team Schedule and Commitments
We need approximately 35-45 individuals as cast and on evangelism team for this program. There is many non-speaking parts available and other parts have minimal lines to remember.
Note: If you have a heart for evangelism what better way then to present the gospel by engaging all the senses of the individual. Through the use of spoken, visual, and musical arts you can present the gospel with more power than a conversation alone.
You can serve as both a member of the Cast and the Evangelism teams.
ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO THE FOLLOWIUNG SCHEDULE
Friday Apr. 30th ((All Cast & Evangelism volunteers.)
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm - All volunteers will meet for casting, devotions, prayer, and putting up the set.
Saturday May 1st (Cast volunteers.)
9:00 am to 4:00 pm - Devotions, Prayer, Rehearsal (12:00 pm Lunch provided for all the cast & crew)
Sunday May 2nd Set setup (For those who are available and physically able.)
8:00 am - 12:00 pm Setup of set.
Sunday May 2nd (Cast arrive by 1:00 pm and Evangelism arrive by 5:00 pm.)
12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Lunch provided for all the cast & crew
1:00 pm to 5:00 pm - Rehearsal
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Break. Snacks will be provided
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Prayer 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Live Drama.
Monday May 3rd (All Cast & Evangelism volunteers.)
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Prayer 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Live Drama
Tuesday May 4th (All Cast & Evangelism volunteers.)
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Prayer
7:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Live Drama 9:00 pm - 10:30 pm - Take Down Set
